Your child is more
than what they're going through.

The medical team treated the diagnosis. But you're still carrying everything else — the behavioral changes, the emotional weight, the questions no one has quite answered.

There's a space between the hospital and everyday life where families often find themselves alone.

That's what Camino Pediatric Psychology was built for — supporting your child and your family with specialized psychological care for every step of the road ahead.

Pediatric Therapy

Individual therapy for children and adolescents navigating anxiety, emotional challenges, and significant life transitions — including children coping with chronic illness, medical diagnoses, and neurological conditions that affect how they feel, behave, and engage with the world around them.

Sessions are developmentally tailored, evidence-based, and built around your child's specific history and needs — helping them build genuine coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and develop the kind of confidence that carries forward beyond the therapy room.

Pediatric Medical &
Rehabilitation Psychology

Serious illness, injury, hospitalization, and complex medical conditions affect far more than a child's physical health. They can impact emotional wellbeing, behavior, confidence, relationships, school functioning, and a family's sense of normalcy.

This service provides specialized psychological support for children and adolescents navigating chronic illness, new medical diagnoses, brain injury, spinal cord injury, neurological conditions, recovery after hospitalization, and other complex medical experiences. Care focuses on helping children and families adjust, build resilience, develop effective coping strategies, and navigate the emotional challenges that often continue long after medical treatment ends.

With more than a decade of experience in pediatric hospital and rehabilitation settings, Dr. Quinoy brings a unique understanding of the intersection between medical care, recovery, and emotional wellbeing — helping families bridge the gap between the hospital and everyday life.

Parent Consultation
& Coaching

Focused sessions that give parents practical strategies, expert guidance, and a steady hand as they navigate their child's emotional, behavioral, or medical challenges at home and in daily life — so you can feel more confident and equipped, whatever your family is facing.

Consultation &
Care Coordination

When a child has complex medical or neurological needs, the people responsible for their care — physicians, schools, therapists, specialists — don't always talk to each other. This service bridges that gap through collaborative consultation with your child's broader care team, ensuring their emotional and developmental needs are fully understood and consistently supported across every setting. For families managing multiple providers, it can be the piece that finally makes everything feel coordinated.
